I can’t understand why you would include Monica Seles, but not Martina Navratilova in here. I’ve mentioned elsewhere the problems with this scoring system as it rewards longevity rather than results, hence slam winners are left off in favour of non-slam winners - even multiple slam winners (e.g. Tracey Austin). But at least there is A criteria. But there doesn’t appear be a criteria when it comes to this decision.

Seles had a much shorter career , from 1988 to 2003, of which she represented Yugoslavia, or the Former Yugoslavia until 1994. Her stabbing incident happened in 1993, after which she won only one more slam. That’s 6 years and 8 out of 9 slams won under the Yugoslav flag. Navratilova played as a pro from 1974 to 2006 (she played her final two singles matches at the 2004 Wimbledon). She played under the US flag from 1975, and won all 18 of her singles slams under it between 1978 and 1990. She can’t not be on that list if Seles is, basically.
