by number of teams that have won their respective leagues in the last 30 years (1990-2020) name the most "boring" leagues in Europe... - Does not include "micro" leagues such as the Faroe Islands league. - In case of country change (USSR to Russia) the list maintains champions from the previous League - Name only the NAME of the country and/or political entity not the name of the League ex.
