CICA Member Countries

CICA, the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, was founded in 1992 with the aim of "enhancing cooperation towards promoting peace, security and stability in Asia". At CICA's October 2022 meeting, which is being hosted by President Tokayev (pictured) in Astana, its most ironic and bizarre attender will be one Vladimir Putin.
