First game of the road trip! We're starting out in Quebec's biggest city at the Bell Centre. It should be easy to find, the avenue that is home to the arena is named for the team.

It's time to go west for the first time. Drive the Trans Canada Highway for just over two hours until you're in the capital city of Canada. You'll be looking for the Canadian Tire Centre.

Ottawa Senators
|
|
Get on the TCH again and go south west along Lake Ontario for about four hours or so until you can see the CN Tower. If you lose sight of the lake or the tower, you've gone too far. You're looking for the Scotiabank Arena.

Only an hour and forty minutes to the next team. Go south east until you see the Niagara River, to the south of the falls. You'll need to cross the border to the U.S. at the Peace Bridge. The KeyBank Center should be just on the other side of it.

Buffalo Sabres

|
Now it's time to go east again. It's a longer stretch at almost 7 hours. Get on the I-90 going east and keep going until you're one state over and you've hit the Atlantic. The TD Garden should be around there.

Boston Bruins

|
Jump back on the I-90, but get off onto the I-84. This will take about three and a half hours. You're going south west, visiting three states from point A to point B. Hit the big city, but go east until you spot the UBS Arena.

New York Islanders
|
|
It's just a short trip west this time. 40 minutes to be exact. This time, we WANT to be in the big city. After a walk in Central Park we'll head on over to Madison Square Garden.

New York Rangers
|
|
Another short leg! it's only a half an hour west to our next stop. Get on the west side of the Hudson river, go south and west a little ways until you see the Prudential Center.

New Jersey Devils
|
|
You've got about an hour and a half for this next destination, heading south west the whole time on the I-95. This will be the fifth state you'll have passed through. Get yourself a cheese steak on your way to the Wells Fargo Center on Broad Street.

Philadelphia Flyers
|
|
Back on the I-95 you'll go. South west again for about two hours and twenty minutes. When you see this team, you'll be just few blocks east of the White House at the [Team Name] One Arena.

Washington Capitals
|
|
You're heading mostly south now, taking the I-95 and the I-85. Starting in one state, passing through another, and stopping in the third over the course of about four hours and some. Look for the PNC Arena.

This is a long leg. Keep going south on I-95 for about 11 hours. There's four states total from start to finish on this one. You'll be hugging the Atlantic ocean for most of the way. Resist the urge to go to Disney World and go south a few more hours to the Amerant Bank Arena.

Florida Panthers

After that trek, you'll be happy for this short leg that stays in the state you started in. Go west along the I-75 until you're in the Gulf of Mexico. Turn north until you find the Amelie Arena. The whole leg should only take three and a half hours.

Tampa Bay Lightning

|
Sorry in advance for this, but this leg of the trip is going to be the longest at about sixteen hours and involves five states. It's mostly a westward journey along the Gulf Coast, ending in the "Everything's Bigger" state at the American Airlines Center.

Dallas Stars

|
You're going to need to go almost ten hours north and east for this next leg. You'll be two states over by the end of it. Keep an eye out for the Gateway Arch, it's not too far from the Enterprise Center.

St. Louis Blues

|
This next leg's only four and a half hours, which is nothing compared to the last two legs, am I right? It's south and east. Take the I-64 to the I-57 to the I-24 to get there. Stop by the Opry on your way to the Bridgestone Arena.

Nashville Predators

|
You'll have about five hours and forty minutes for this next leg. You're gonna go north and east again along I-65 and I-70 for a three state trip. There's three major cities in the destination state that start with the letter C, but only one of them has the Nationwide Arena.

Columbus Blue Jackets
|
|
You'll only need three hours for this easterly drive. You'll arrive in a state you already visited, like eight legs ago. Different city, though. Among literal hundreds of bridges of this city, keep an eye out for the PPG Paints Arena.

Pittsburgh Penguins
|
|
That should be the last time we go east in this country. Go north and west until you see Lake Erie, go around it's south banks and veer north until you're in the home of Motown. If you're homesick, Canada's just to the south and across the river from the Little Caesars Arena.

Detroit Red Wings

|
This leg is almost a straight shot west, outside of a quick detour through another state as you go around Lake Michigan's southern shores to get to the destination state. It takes almost the exact length of time as the previous leg, mostly along the I-94. Have a slice of deep dish pizza for me before you head to the United Center.

Chicago Blackhawks
|
|
Turn mostly north now, and keep somewhat west. This leg runs through three states and six hours of driving along the I-90 and I-94. Keep going until you reach the smaller of the Twin Cities, and seek out the Xcel Energy Center therein.

Minnesota Wild
|
|
There's some long legs ahead, starting with this one at about thirteen hours of driving. You'll be heading south and west, and there's four states to cover here. Once you see the Rocky Mountains and you feel like you're a mile high, you should be at the Ball Arena.

Colorado Avalanche
|
|
This one's another doozy of a leg, clocking in at around twelve and a half hours of south-westerly driving. Once you climb down out of the Rockies, you'll head into the desert in search of the Mullett Arena.

Arizona Coyotes
|
|
Now you're getting back into manageable legs. It's just five hours north and west through the desert to the edge of the Grand Canyon. Due west of the canyon, and along the famous Strip, you'll find the T-Mobile Arena.

Vegas Golden Knights
|
|
Only four hours for this leg! It's due southwest one state over through the Mojave desert on the I-15. You'll know you're nearly there when you can see the Pacific Ocean. You're looking for 'The Pond', or as it's formally known, the Honda Center.

Anaheim Ducks

|
This next stop is in the same metropolitan area, so you've only got a forty minute drive or so due west depending on traffic. You're looking for a busy Crypto Dot Com Arena that hosts not just an NHL team, but two NBA teams and one WNBA team.

Los Angeles Kings
|
|
Time to turn north again. It's a five hour and twenty minute trek and you don't leave the state. Just hop on the I-5 and keep going until you're smack dab in Silicon Valley's largest city. Check out all your favourite tech giants before you head to the SAP Center.

San Jose Sharks

|
More northerly driving, almost fourteen hours of it, to be Pacific... Er, specific. You'll be leaving the state this time, but staying on the I-5 for most of it. You're looking for the Climate Pledge Arena in the port-city home of Grunge music and the NHL's newest team.

Seattle Kraken
|
|
Just two more hours on the I-5 and you'll be back in Canada! A short leg at only two and and half hours will take you to another port city and Canada's third most populous metro area. Rogers Arena is the place you're looking for.

Vancouver Canucks
|
|
Back through the Rocky Mountains you'll go, heading east this time on the Trans Canada Highway for about ten and a half hours to a different province. You'll eventually come to the home of pro wrestling's famed Hart Family. Head to the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Calgary Flames
|
|
A short, three hour jaunt north on the well-traveled AB-2 will bring you to the penultimate destination, and the NHL's most northerly team in the whole league. This time you want to go to Rogers Place to complete this province's NHL teams.

Edmonton Oilers

|
Last leg! Time to head back east, and south too. Staying in Canada, but crossing two provinces to reach the last spot will take just over thirteen hours, and when you do, it'll be at the Canada Life Centre. If you made it this far, give yourself a pat on the back.
