Country Names that can be written with letters of Neighbours

Some countries can be written using the combined letters of all their neighbours. Can you name them all? The number represents how many times the name can be written with those letters.

Example with US States: North Dakota wouldn't be an answer as all of its letters can taken from South Dakota except N and R; N can be taken from Montana or Minnesota but no neighbour has an R in its name.
