Would love to but I'm new to quizzes and struggling to figure out what to put in the custom field to allow that. Do you or anyone reading this know? The field currently says: ^(SANTA)?CL(AU|UA)S Do I just delete from ? on?

Could you accept "Mince Pie" for 'Left out for midnight visitor' question? This is the tradition in the UK.

Also perhaps accept "Father Christmas" for the bishop question. Again this is a common name in the UK.

Would be happy to code for these options but I'm new to writing quizzes and haven't figured out how to code for "this" OR "that". Do you know?

Currently have:

^COOK(EE|EY|IE|Y)

^(SANTA)?CL(AU|UA)S

for those two questions.

Thanks, I have tried that and it seems to allow me to just enter "Claus". But not just "Santa" --I have to also type "Claus"

Oh also, my question does say "left out WITH MILK" for a midnight visitor...in the UK, do you leave out a mince pie WITH MILK? :) Would like to know!

Why not just have santa and omit clause if it's causing an issue since that would be written first in either case. Very frustrating to try santa and father christmas knowing it was correct! In the UK we leave a mince pie and glass of milk or a glass of sherry for santa. Never a cookie though.

Could we also get Saint Nick added for Santa? Given he's the actual saint referred to. Good quiz though.
