One Way
The obvious way is to decide which continent Cyprus is in, and then use only that continent for Cyprus. That way, there will be no debate over what continent Cyprus is in (hopefully).
Another Way
A slightly less obvious approach would be to include Cyprus in Asia, Africa, and Europe. This would certainly stop the famous debates, but may not keep everyone happy.
The Final Way
Maybe the least obvious way would be to include Cyprus in quizzes depending on their material, e.g. if the quiz is focused more on Geography (tallest asian island-nations) then Cyprus can be included in Asia, as it is geographically closer to Asia. If it is culture related (highest percent of native greek-speakers in Europe), then it can be in Europe. This will (hopefully) make everyone happy and will (hopefully) stop the arguments.
