Hopper | Puerto Rico is located in the US (a territory), has over 400k people in the city and has an average temp of 79.9 degrees. Shouldn't it be on the list?

jhaay | Honolulu is located in Hawaii, which is a state. San Juan is located in Puerto Rico, which is a territory-- doesn't have a star on the US flag, is not represented in Congress. That's like comparing apples and oranges. 2010-10-16 |
