Capitals of the Americas (Very Hard)

I see one mistake. I noticed I had to add “DC” to “Washington” for the US capital. The actual capital city is just “Washington.” The “DC” stands for District of Columbia, which is the territory the city of Washington is located in. Adding “DC” just distinguishes it from Washington State. The District of Columbia even has its own government separate from the capital city.
