Countries Whose Official Names Do Not Contain Their Conventional Names
Most countries have official names that contain their conventional names (For example, "United States of America" contains "United States"). Can you name the countries that don't fit this pattern?
You must enter either both the country's conventional name and official name.
Countries like Russia (Russian Federation) are excluded, because the word "Russian" contains the word "Russia."
Whoops! You're absolutely right that those countries should be on this quiz. I was going by this list, which might be outdated or mis-translated: https://www.un.int/protocol/sites/www.un.int/files/Protocol%20and%20Liaison%20Service/officialnamesofcountries.pdf

(Not that you'll ever come back and see this, but it is a common question.)
