U.S. State Flags With No Lettering or Seals

The North American Vexillological Association's fourth principle of flag design is simple: "No Lettering or Seals." If you've ever attempted the U.S. State Flags quiz, you probably know that the vast majority of U.S. state flags don't follow this principle. So many state seals and coats of arms against boring blue backgrounds—forget that! In this quiz, you only need to identify the flags that abide by NAVA's fourth principle of flag design.
Territories and the District of Columbia are included!
The answers include one commemorative flag and the reverse of a two-sided flag
Stylized initials that serve a graphic design purpose are allowed because they're neat

I wish I could have included Mississippi on this quiz! Their new flag is really well done, and such a huge improvement over the old one (for obvious reasons). But sadly, it does contain one small printed phrase, so it didn't get to be included :(
