Yes, all the images that appear when you search "Peru flag" have a shield on it. Though Flagpedia.net displays it having no shield, but describes it having a shield... weird. https://flagpedia.net/peru
It's actually not obvious what the Peruvian flag should be. Here's from the Peruvian constitution, article 49:
"Son símbolos de la patria la bandera de tres franjas verticales con los colores rojo, blanco y rojo, y el escudo y el himno nacional establecidos por ley."
Translated: "The symbols of the country established by law are the flag with three vertical stripes with the colours red, white and red, and the emblem and the national anthem."
Now, is the emblem part of the flag? Or is the emblem a separate symbol of the country?
(Answer: the emblem is separate, and so the flag in its official form is just the three vertical stripes.)
Too easy. Instead of having all the flags on one panel, separate them. Several times I didn’t know all the flags, but I knew one and it was pretty much a giveaway. Otherwise great quiz!
The flag of Afghanistan has black, white, red and green whereas the two possible answers for A (Albania and Austria) only have two colours each: red/black and red/white respectively.
