Dan, in all honesty, which do you make more money from: we daily-ish users who will continue to be for the next 5 years who put up with the ads, or forking over the $20? I am happy to do whichever benefits you most. Also, why isn't this option advertised more on the site? It should be on the menu on every page!! • EDITED TO ADD: Oh, I see it now, way down on the right. Not very visible!
Probably the $20 but I'm not sure. But wouldn't you rather pay $20 than see ads for 5 years? Don't worry about our revenue - we're a for-profit business after all.
In the future, the price of JetPunk Premium will probably be higher, in the $10/year range, but will also come with other benefits.
Of course I understand you're a business, but as a fellow business owner myself, and with all the overwrought, useless corporate consumerist trash in the universe, I happily go out of my way to support small, independent businesses whenever I can. It's only the smallest step from there to confirm I am being as valuable as I can be as a customer. Anyway, since clearly you haven't done a detailed cost-benefit analysis on your pricing for premium (Ha! Because seriously, who has time for that! 😆), there is something to be said for cold hard cash in the pocket now vs. only the potential for slightly more later. Besides, I want the bennies, TBA though they may be! And, of course, the little happy face next to my name. So here ya go! Another satisfied customer.
We have have 6 of them in my country, I think 10 years back we only had two of them ( mcdonalds and burgerking) Though most of the others I ve seen only @ amsterdam central station. I ve seen subway in a mediumsized city though (but it is not there anymore)
Even within the US, some of these are very regional. Whataburger is only in 10 states. If you're looking to pick a fight with an overly proud Texan (which is kinda redundant -- I should just say "Texan"), tell them that Whataburger is "ok". You should probably have your guards up before you finish the sentence.
Which 9? I live in sydney and can only find six (knew most of them from American stuff), and that's if you count burger king as hungry jack's. Taco bell should mix up the cheap mexican market though, paying maccas prices instead of guzman prices might be a winner.
Another thing that keeps the number low is that they don't seem to be using that graphic as prominently any more. Perhaps you'll see it if you actually go into a location, but you have to look to find it on their web site. They seem to now be favoring the logo that's just their name, usually in that distinctive green font.
I don't see any previous examples but maybe you can do. You can ask QM by direct email. He usually replies. Also, sorry for the late reply. I have though asked in discord and waiting for any reply.
Wow, apparently White Castle is not as well known as I would have assumed. I thought almost everyone, especially Americans, knew that iconic castle logo, especially after the movie "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle" which played worldwide. I guess I was very wrong and it's more regional lol.
White Castle always sounds like a good idea but that rarely turns out to be the case. What usually happens is that you get a stomach ache and swear off ever eating it again, until some time goes by. Then the cycle starts all over again.
As an Englishman, who's only heard of Chick-Fil-A, but never seen one. Could you accept Chick Filla or some looser spellings? I knew it was spelt different, but wasn't sure exactly how.

Had to guess Seinfeld for Sonic, never heard of Sonic.
