It should be the Government of National Salvation. It would also be good to allow Mao as an answer for Mao Zedong--many of us are accustomed to Mao Tse Tung, which was the standard transliteration for years. On that note, the standard transliteration for Jiang Jieshi (蔣介石) or Jiang Zhongzheng (蔣中正) is Chiang not Chang Kai-Shek. [I claim no expertise in any variant of Chinese; this is from Wikipedia.]
There is missing commander of Finnish army, marshall Carl Gustav Emil Mannerheim. It really should be here, because there was only 3 countries (which took part in the war) in whole Europe that no one could conquer. Soviet Union, Great-Britain and Finland. Finland had three wars 1939-45: Winter war against Soviet Union (1939-40), Continuation war against Soviet Union (1940-44) and Lapland war against Germany (1944-45). Mannerheim was commander of Finnish troops in all three. It's quite impressive that Soviet army couldn't conquer Finland.
