I assume you're referring to the British military base area of Akrotiri and Dhekelia, the bit of Cyprus that the colonising British retained as a territory when it granted Cyprus independence back in 1960. One curiosity about this particular territory is that its terms require it to be used for strictly military purposes (not like more well-known territories like Gibraltar or Cayman Islands which are to all intents and purposes like microstates). They also cannot set up frontier barriers or customs posts, and in fact most of the territory's area is held freehold by Cypriot nationals. We'll add an "excludes overseas territories" rider to this quiz.
