I got bhutan and bangladesh mixed up. This is so much easier than if I had to come up with the names of the stuff myself. No way would I have remembered Brunei or East Timor!

I think most of you guys are full of it. or took the test 9 times and memorized it. I am a Geography teacher, and East Asia and Subsaharan Africa are always the most difficult to get right. I get confused myself when I don't take extra time to think it all through sometimes.

Or we've spent a lot of time on JetPunk. The only ones I still can't score 100% on are Oceana and the Caribbean.

I'm inclined to agree... for all the people who said they got 100%, the stats seem to suggest otherwise.

Not really, because there's no reason to assume that the commentors are a representative sample of all takers of the quiz. If one only scores 35%, for example, they are much less likely to comment about their score than those who get 100%. Statistics are dangerous things. Learn to use them wisely.

So easy. East Asia has much more character than Central or West Asia, Europe, Africa, or the Americas. The countries are all very recognizable. Though I could get 100% on all those quizzes, too... this one is a real breeze by comparison.

I am shocked at how well I did. 22/23 - I only missed Burma. I was expecting to miss at least a half dozen. Good quiz!

Stupid Maldives ruined it for me...though I did spent a year living backpacking through this area, so I have an unfair advantage.

The ones that everyone should know are China, Japan, the Koreas, India, Mongolia, probably Sri Lanka, and Vietnam/Cambodia/Laos (Indochina). Why those? It seems like we have already forgotten the 58,000 Americans killed there. That's the main problem with the kids today. Ask them about Indochina in the 1960s and they'll say, "Were they at Woodstock too?" God bless our troops.

Internet exists outside USA, maybe some people that do these tests dont live in your country. Dont bring politics, military and troops into this site.
