Kumusta!

Kumusta at maligayang pagdating sa itong blog na ito. Si Kirboi po ito, kasama ni Neodymium. Noon, galing ito sa isang biruhan, pero, biglang naging obsessed sa gatas si Neodymium. Pagtapos ng maraming okasyon, nang dito na tayo. Sana ma pasaya ka sa blog na ito!

Ano ang Gatas?

Ang gatas ay isang inuman na iniinom ng mga mamalya, katulad ng tao. Ang pinaka popular na gatas pang inuman ay galing sa baka. Pero pwedeng rin galing sa mga kambing, kabayo, at kalabaw.

Gatas sa mga Pelikula

Ang isang ejemplo ng gatas sa pelikula ay sa pelikulang Tatlong Baraha, kung saan makikita mo si Lito Lapid. Merong isang tao na nag tanong, "Anong oorderin niyo?" Nagresponda si Lito Lapid ng "Gatas."

Kala mo binibiruhan ka namin? Seryoso tong blog na to. Anong magagawa mo sa gatas?

Marami kang kinakain na gawa sa gatas, katulad ng keso, ice cream, leche flan, at cake. Pero ano ang benepisiyo ng gatas?

Benepisiyo ng Gatas

Ang gatas ay nakakabigay ng maraming calcium. Ang calcium ang pwedeng gamitin sa buto at ngipin mo para maging mas malakas at mas matibay.

Paano mo ma kukuha ang calcium?

Ang Vitamin D ang ginagamit ng katawan para maabsorb yung calcium sa mga buto at ngipin mo. Marami kang Vitamin D makukuha sa araw.

Kaya nakatulong sa health mo ang ice cream kung maliwanag sa labas, kaya huwag kang magalala!

Habang nasa topic na tayo sa kalt, meron pang mga lugar na makikita mo ang calcium.

Isang porma ng calcium ay calcite, ang mga nakikita mo sa mga stalactites at stalagmites.

Paano mo nakukuha ang gatas?

Para Makuha ang Gatas

Kailangan mo mag alaga sa isang baka, o pwede rin isang kambing, kabayo, o kalabaw. Pakainin mo sila, tapos pwede mo ikuha ang... gatas!

Kaya itong gawin ng isang tao, o ng isang makina.

Gatas galing sa Halaman at Gatas na Dagdag-lasa

May tao na hindi pwede uminom ng gatas kasi may intoleransya sila sa lactose. May tao na vegan, kumakain lang ng gulay. Kaya meron almond na gatas, soy na gatas, oat na gatas at iba pa.

Pwede mong palasain yung gatas para maging mas masarap (at konteng masama sa kalusugan). Mga lasa at pwedeng strawberry o tsokolate (paborito ni Neo).

Statisko

Ang Pilipinas ay gumagawa ng 16,000 tonnes ng gatas kada taon, at isang tao ay uminom ng average of 15kg ng gatas sa 2013. 99% ng gatas sa Pilipinas ay inimport.
