what the hell does "semi-professional player" mean in reference to Webber?? at the time this play occurred, he wasn't professional at all, as he was still in college. then he was drafted and became a professional basketball player. at no point in his career, college or NBA, could he be referred to as "semi-professional." it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. please fix.
