Names from different countries

The answers seem somewhat arbitrary. Theodora and Theodore have the same Greek origin as Thea/Theo, as they are based on the Ancient Greek name Θεόδωρος (which transliterates to Theódoros).

Joseph has Hebrew origins, not French. (The earthly father of Jesus was named Joseph, and certainly the Bible was written before France existed!)
