The biggest carnivorous theropod dinosaur in terms of mass is Trex, but in terms of hight and length it is spinosaurus, so the 3rd one is wrong, but overall great quiz!

In terms of size, several carnivorous theropods are larger than Tyrannosaurus rex including Carcharodontosaurus and Giganotosaurus. but the question was more about the length and height which Spinosaurus takes. I'll reword the question.
