Most Successful College Football/Basketball Teams

Points derive from the end of season rankings from each college football and basketball season since 2014. Points are calculated using a reverse scoring system: 1st place in the end of season rankings = 25 points, 2nd place = 24 points, while 25th place = 1 point. Points are combined from both sports for each school, for example: In the 2017/2018 season, Ohio State finished 5th (21 points) in football and 17th (9 points) in basketball for a total of 30 points for that season. Therefore, the higher the point totals, the more success a college has had in basketball and football since 2014.
