Name all the cards that are banned or restriced in the vintage format. Cards are listed in the order that they were banned or restriced. Cards banned or restriced at the same time are in alphabetical order, unless it's a full cycle which then follows color order
I am not including any cards with the ante mechanic, the Conspiracy card type, or ones banned for racist depictions.
