The Moon

The Moon, is one of Earths reliances on life. So, if the Moon crashed to a very populous area (etc. Dubai), this could END all life in a few years. Only a few people would survive in places like very deep mines. The reason how they would die is because they would have very few food. So, what food would you bring? A KFC? And, if they had underground food shops, that would be one step for humanity. So, defend your planet, and make sure... well keep it away at the current distance, unlike Io and Callisto, as they are the closest major moons to Jupiter. This is when we go away from Earth. Asteroids, like Ceres, could delete mars and then Earth would lose the Moon, and then we would freeze. Or, if The Sun swallowed Mercury, then we would burn to death. So, which would you more rather experience? And why?
