Hi,
As you can notice, I've just reached level 40 on JetPunk, meaning I am now able to create my own blog yipee! Unfortunately, despite JetPunk's little blobby eyes that could have made me happy, I still remember the number of hours I've lost there, just answering questions about all of those countries out there.
But did I really "lose" that time ? I think we should consider differently what loss means. A loss of time would be something that would not reward you of anything after the action is taken, (like for example, if I stayed for too long on TikTok just endlessly scrolling). However, when I'm hanging out on JetPunk, my knowledge just overwhelmingly expands, making me coopt many facts or anecdotes. Yup, I gotta admit, they are not the most useful anecdotes I could learn, not the ones you're gonna be throwing at the middle of a party. But still, it stimulates my brain, so why would I deprive myself from it ?
Excuse me for my poor language, I aint from an English speaking country, so I'm just trying to do my best for anyone here to understand me.
See you next time when I'll think about writing another one of my thoughts (might be in 50 years if we're still alive by then)

Imo, as long as spending time here doesn't involve a massive opportunity cost such as studying for a very important test, it's surely not a loss. My family always saw me doing quizzes on JetPunk and making maps on Inkscape as an absolute waste of time, but they were more than impressed when they found out about the amount of geographical and historical knowledge I've picked up here :D
I see what you mean, and I really agree ! That's why I eventually don't blame myself after spending too much time quizzing!
I didn't know about Inkscape, you said it's a website to make some maps ? I'd be curious to discover more
Just a couple of tips for you....
1. Have a read through the JetPunk Blog entries, some of them are really helpful with regard to writing blogs.
2. Take you time writing and proof reading your blogs. This will pay dividends in the quality of your blogs.
Also, I know what you mean about TikTok. I start looking and scrolling thinking just a quick 20 minutes....3 or 4 hours later I finally realise I've been on there all evening. There should be a club, ....TTA - TikTokAnonymous for addicts !
Never again c:
