Got all but one. Talked myself out of Alaska for "Glacier" as too obvious to be correct but knew that the Great Lakes were formed from glaciers, so guessed Minnesota.

Glacier Bay NP (which is not the same as Glacier) is actually in Alaska.

If you ever have the chance to go to Glacier in Montana do it. It is one of the most beautiful places in America, if not the world, and unfortunately the glaciers will not be here forever at the current rate of climate change

Nine of these down, still hope to see Yosemite, Zion, Denali, Acadia, Mammoth Cave, Big Bend, and Isle Royale. Senior passes - one of the joys of aging.

Love me some national parks quizzes. This one's pretty easy but I still love seeing them on the front page.

I had them all right until the last one!! I thought that the Appalachians were more forested...

Petrified Forest consists of petrified wood - ancient trees that have been turned into rock. It's in the Arizona desert. The Appalachians are heavily forested, but with live woody trees with leaves and needles

My family and I love national parks, and I've been to many of these, so I got 100%.

Maybe change one of the choices for Isle Royale to Minnesota. The closest way to Isle Royale is on a ferry or seaplane from northeast Minnesota. Not to make it more confusing, just a more geographically relevant choice.
