No it doesn't! If you want to include Finland it is called Fennoscandia and as for Iceland there is nothing that makes it Scandinavia. I suppose you could include Faroe islands as they are danish but Åland is Finland so not Scandinavia.
Scandinavia is from the three Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian and Danish) and the Scandinavian mountains. Yes both the mountains and the peninsula touches Finland but no it is not included. Iceland is equally as much Scandinavia as Japan or Cuba.
