The definition of arabesque in Wikipedia is “a type of music which uses melodies to create the atmosphere of Arabic architecture”

Yes! The "proper" original definition of Arabesque refers to ornamentation in Arabic architecture. It is doubtful, however, that Burgmuller or Schumann were thinking of that when they composed their pieces of that title, described by the Harvard Dictionary of Music as "characteristic pieces of a more or less casual type. The term is also used in the sense of figuration, ornamentation of a melody." Schumann's Arabesque has charm, but is fairly simple and contains a lot of repetition of the main idea. Burgmuller's is a very popular composition with piano teachers because it is technically simple, but introduces students to the romantic era.

Thanks for checking into my quiz. I hope you will try some of the others as well.

The piece was called "[Die] Kunst der Fuge" and is usually translated as "[The] Art of Fugue", please at least accept the spelling without the "the" in the name.

Done I think! I've never heard a teacher refer to it without the word "the" but thanks for calling that to my attention.
