According to Wikipedia..."The transportation system in Vatican City, ...... is a small transportation system with no airports or highways." So I stand corrected. If there are no roads there cannot be a "Road Network". I take back my previous comment about VC
Though the Vatican doesn't have highways, it does have roads. It's like a private estate - the few roads the general public can drive on are gated and guarded service roads. If you count them, you are going to have to count private driveways and the like all across the world. Can of worms, there - especially as there's no data on that sort of thing. Plus if it doesn't round to 0km, it will only just round up to 1km. All that said, it should be on here, as what's smaller than nothing?
