PS. About Finnish city called Jyväskylä. Writing ä with ae has been international tradition, like our skiers Hämäläinen and Määttä were written as Haemaelaeinen and Maeaettae. As a native Finnish speaker, they look awful. I understand very well that people omit diacritics, and writing Jyvaskyla is very good on my opinion, because the structure of the word is not changed. When the extra letter "e" marks frontness, it makes the word look very different.
