No two states of the same color touch each other
States that touch Canada are not red
States that touch the Mississippi River are not orange
States that touch the oceans or the Great Lakes are not blue
States that touch Mexico are not green
The Four Corner States all touch each other
Michigan and Maine are the same color

Yes, I did it! This quiz was so much fun, but I recommend making the order in which it automatically highlights the states for it not to be the same color. For example, I could spam blue (I think) in the beginning to get almost every blue one off the board, so you should change that. Great quiz though!
