While you are technically correct about there being more Targets in California than Walmarts, Target only makes about 19% of its revenue from food/beverage products. According to my caveat, to qualify as a grocery store, it must make over 50% of its sales from food and beverage products. Therefore, Target is not an answer for the sake of this quiz.
Maybe change the name to something like Grocery Stores with the Most Locations in Each State (or something along those lines)? I suggest this since, for example, Wegmans is the "most popular" (most famous and probably highest rated) grocery store in NJ, NY, PA, VA, etc.
I would also recommend updating the number of locations for these states since for many, they are no longer accurate.
