Capitals of countries with multiple capitals - with map

According to Wikipedia there are multiple countries with more than one capital. Name all of those capitals - regardless of whether official or unofficial!
Not universally recognized states as well as self-governing territories are included.
Provisional capitals are most likely the result of hostile takeover during a (civil) war.
