Nice quiz but there are a couple things you may want to address:

1) The Nile flows through 10 different countries. Not just in Egypt.

2) The island of Great Britain consists only of England, Scotland, and Wales. Ireland is a separate island which is a part of the British Isles, but not a part of the island of Great Britain.
