The Kingdom of Naples was part of the Spanish Empire, if you include it, you should also include the Duchy of Milan.

You are also missing the Duchy of Mantua.

Mantua was a part of the Holy Roman Empire until 1530. Naples (also known as Kingdom of Sicily) was a sovereign state under a cadet branch of the Aragonese House of Trastámara (1458–1501).

Perhaps Sweden and Denmark should be replaced by the Kalmar Union, lasting until 1523.
