Biggest Non-Coastal City by U.S. State

Can you name the biggest city in each U.S. state that does not have coastline on an ocean or some type of bay?
By city proper population
Cities on huge lakes like Chicago are not next to the ocean, but they are pretty much coastal as they have beaches, and have a lot of the city to do with the lake next to them, so therefore they are counted as coastal.
Only counting U.S. states that are not landlocked
