Country Connect by highest population density neighbour

Start with by far the most densely populated country; tiny little Monaco. Then guess its neighbour by the next most densely populated country. Then guess the next, etc... When you reach a dead end, go back and choose the next available neighbouring countries down the line. Finally, when you're done with continents continue onto the islands that have land borders.
