European capitals with no hints

When you name the capital, the country will also appear. My criteria for Europe is, go down from the eastern part of Novaya Zemlya, south to the south of Kazakhstan, then go along Kazakhstan/Azerbaijan/Armenia's borders, through the Black Sea and finally through Turkey.
