why? capital city is Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte. it's enough with Sri Kotte

Because it's Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, with -ne- instead of -na- (in English that is). Also, the city is commonly known as just Kotte, not Sri Kotte. That might be why it's the country/capital that gets the least correct guesses in this quiz. Anyway, that's why Luxuriousfart is saying 'Sri Lanka is broken'. That, or Fart Deluxe is referring to the recent economic crisis in the country.
