Hello! A few months ago, I took a list of 500 cities and ranked them based on how beautiful they were. The criteria included the beauty of the city itself, the surrounding landscape, and the overall WOW! Factor of the city.

Note that city means city, town, village, or community; SIZE MATTERS NOT!
