Interesting. Got most. Guessed a couple. Had to look up Antietam and San Juan Hill as I had never heard of them.

Were it not for the years being given, this would have been significantly harder.

Only 3 of them are ones that I was not be able to put a war and relative timeframe to (Austerlitz, Teutonburg Forest and Cannae). One of those would almost undoubtedly be in Germany. One would be in a region that was German/Austrian at some point. So that just leaves Cannae.

Missed Austerlitz - I assumed since it's a place name in Paris (and of one of its train stations) it had to be France!

I didn't know they were still celebrating Napoleon's victories! I only knew it from War and Peace.

Many places in Paris are named after Napoleon's victories : gare d'Austerlitz, pont d'Iéna, avenue de Wagram, etc.

I thought Incheon was misspelled but it turns out it was romanized as Inchon until 2000.

You could probably guess most by the year. With some trial and error that is.

Did I remember that the Battle of Guadalcanal is arguably the second most important naval battle of the Pacific theater? Yes. Do I have any clue where that is (besides generally somewhere in Oceania), no not really. Oh well, trial and error still got the job done.

Knew Austerlitz. What it meant. Who fought in it. General area, but precise location took some guesswork
