MilliVanilli is right: Hollywood North is indeed mentioned in Toronto's Wikipedia page (although not in the exact same phrasing of the clue). I think it should be accepted as an answer.

Lisbon is not the westernmost point in continental's Cabo de Roca...or Sintra.

I thought that too, but looked it up and Cabo de Roca doesn't look like a city to me. But I wasn't able to find demographics for the lighthouse :)

Sintra is part of the metropolitan area of Lisbon. And as redsplat said Cabo da Roca is not a city - it's a cape.

But the question is on which city's Wiki page the sentence 'the westernmost point of continental Europe' shows up. Lisbon is a well-known city only a short distance from there, and so it's by far the most likely answer.
