Interestingly, Alfred Nobel's own premature obituary caused him to feel remorse for his invention of dynamite, and spurred him on to create the Nobel Prize https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_premature_obituaries

He was on the rolling stones list of "people most likely to die this year" for like 10 years in a row before they just gave up.

Or like me they have never heard of her. Rodney Dangerfield could probably do with being replaced. Those of us from outside North America have limited chance of knowing who he is. I had to Google him and I still wouldn't have recognised him.

I never knew that Boris Yeltsin died. I just assumed that he was hanging around in Russia, being sad about how things have shaped up under Putin (and because of how his own legacy turned out).

Interestingly, fame has nothing to do with whether or not YOU have heard of them and everything to do with the fact that millions of people do know who these people are.

It's amazing how many people revere Mohammed Ali, and barely remember the other great fighter, Joe Frazier, whom the fictional character "Rocky" was modeled after. Ali had the gift of gab, but Frazier had the gift of jab.

LOL Keith Richards! He cannot NOT be in such a list even if everybody knows that he can't die! As for Dangerfield I didn't know who the hell he was either (I'm from Italy). After I googled him I instantly recognized his face, even remembered a couple movies he did, I just didn't know that that face was called Rodney Dangerfield.
