interesting quiz. I tried egomania for some.. could have worked for a few. Tried schizophrenia for van gogh and brand. Tried obesity and fat butt disease for Henry 8 and Belushi. Alopecia for Seal and Cannon.

I'm sorry, but I've been a doctor for nearly 40 years and I don't think I've ever heard anyone - patient or medical colleague - refer to Motor Neurone disease as ALS. The latter stands for "Advanced Life Support" in 99% of doctors' minds. Please change the answer!

Einstein is believed, in retrospect, to have had Asperger's, or, as they say it now, was on the Autism Spectrum. This clue confused me, since it didn't take Asperger's, I had no idea what else to try. Didn't know anything about Whoopi's health problems.
