Looking at Google Earth, it's hard to say. Most of the snowy stuff seems to be on the Uganda side.

There are definitely glaciers in the DRC. Those are glaciers you can see in Google Earth. That being said, they won't be around for long...

Sadly the glaciers in Uganda and Venezuela are not long for this world... Nor indeed Indonesia (West Papua). Correction: The DRC also contains glaciers on it's side of the Ruwenzori.

We don't have enough high ground that is cold the whole year around for glaciers to form. 1361 meters is quite low and that's just one place.

I would guess 'Daffy' is referring to Indonesia, Kenya, Ecuador, Colombia and very close Tanzania and Peru and Uganda.

There are two ice caves in Slovakia (Dobsinska and Demanovska), same amount as in Romania, yet Slovakia is not on the list and Romania is. If it was up to me, I wouldn't count ice caves as glaciers. But it's up to Quizmaster to decide. ;-)
