Just a remark about the languages: besides Spanish, the co-official languages are Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Basque and Aranese. Aranese is actually the Occitan language.
Asturian is not an Occitan language; it is part of the Astur-Leonese branch and it is just considered a regional language, same as Aragonese and Leonese.

I got Question 13 wrong, because I thought it was a trick question. There are in fact Spanish mainland communities further south than Andalusia: Ceuta and Melilla.
Granted, we're talking about African mainland as these are tiny exclaves surrounded by Morocco, but they are both autonomous (since 1995) and Spanish and mainland, so I would argue that they qualify.
If you changed the question to "...European mainland..." that would make it work ;)
