Considering that Washington-Baltimore, Minneapolos-St Paul, El Paso-Las Cruces, etc. all are accepted by just typing in the first city then the same should go for San Francisco-San Jose.

I've been trying to edit the type in for San Francisco/San Jose, for some reason it doesn't seem to work.

Edit: I think I realized the problem, you can only do one edit during one period of time, so it looks like I missed the SF error when I first edited it, so I'll have to wait before changing it.
