Can you name the 30 most populated cities (or towns) in Europe whose English name starts with letter E?
Kazakhstan and the Caucasus are NOT counted. Russian cities too far east to appear on the map are excluded
The population is measured by city proper, NOT by urban area
Does NOT include cities in territories outside of Europe belonging to European countries

I like this series but wish it had a different title. A couple of comments:

1. Typo: it should be East Kilbride.

2. I wish you wouldn't call all these places 'cities' when several of them are no such thing Epsom and Ewell is a borough in Surrey – and not even close to being a city. Ellesmere Port is a town. Ercolano is a commune within the City of Naples, Eschweiler is a town, and so on.

Typo corrected. Thanks for noticing.

And about your second point, I do know that I use the term city in the title, but in reality it's settlements in general, so it includes towns. And I included places that are close enough to a city to be considered part of it, as long as they are technically different from the city itself, because the population is measured by city proper. Therfore this numbers are not included in the city, but as different places (like Ercolano)
