Sarcelle is a duck, not a colour. Teal is bleu canard. Funnily enough my daughter received a pen letter a few months ago in which a little English student of French said her favourite colour was "sarcelle". Took me a few moments to figure out what she meant. Bleu sarcelle does appear to be sneaking in to the language as an anglicism, but you need the "bleu" first. Turquoise is spelled wrong in both languages, and wasn't accepted when I wrote it correctly.
