The answer to question 13 is wrong. 2 or 3 players simultaneously touching the ball do count as 2 or 3 touches

I believe question 13 is correct. Under the 'LEGAL PLAY' section, the following rule reads:

"If 2 players on the same team contact the ball simultaneously, it counts as one contact, and any player may play the ball."

Slightly missleading that you have a beach volleyball as the quiz image, while the questions refer to indoor volleyball. The rules for beach volleyball differ regarding a block counting as the first touch.

You're right. I've changed the picture to that of indoor volleyball, and added a caveat specifying the rules refer to indoor volleyball, not outdoor.
