An entertaining quiz. But I didn't understand the meanings of questions 3 and 5. Could you explain?

Thanks! For question three a maritime border is a border between two countries that is in the sea, like for example the UK and France don't have a natural border, but they are close enough so that their sea territories border. And for question five I should've clarified that that means the country's flag. I'll fix that. Hope that helps!
